"I'm scared I will relapse again"

When you tell yourself you'll stop doing something but end up doing it anyway, you can start doubting yourself.
When I start working with people, most are terrified of the possibility of relapsing after learning our method. But, the way I see things is very different. I see these fearful thoughts as part of the addiction. These thoughts come from the addicted part of the mind (APOTM). And the method that we teach specifically trains people on dealing with such thoughts by getting grounded in the present moment and thinking through the choice with a 5-fact script.
Even once someone has been trained on the Beyond Compulsion method, it would still be natural for them to have a thought like "what if I fail?" early on. But with their training, they would identify this as a question way off into the future that is designed by the APOTM to create feelings of helplessness.
The thought is a shrewd attempt to get someone to choose to engage in their compulsive behaviour.
Without the right training, people are often pulled and dragged around like a puppet on a string by the APOTM.
It is key that we are assertive and answer back to the bullshit to make real change.
We do this through knowing the APOTM's tactics and outsmarting it.
This is not a battle or a war or a fight.
We listen, and then we correct the junkie thoughts with the truth and change neural pathways correctly.
This week, one of our clients shared how he has completely transformed his approach since learning how to change his neural pathways correctly.

We change neural pathways correctly and reclaim our freedom and take back control.
F*ck consenting to helplessness, it is possible to rewire your brain and live with complete certainty on how to deal with this problem at all times.
The only reason you've "failed" up until now is because you haven't had the right education and tools to enable you to succeed. It is not to do with who you are, your sexual desires, or anything like that at all. This whole problem is to do with compulsive desires and most of the content you've consumed so far has likely been working against you.
Just like how it worked against me for around 9 or 10 years.
Contrary to popular belief - permanent mental freedom is possible.
